Thank you for promptly scheduling the above case for executive session at our request on
Wednesday, April 18, 2001.
We are respectfully requesting you postpone the convening of the executive session to a council
meeting afPer April 18, 2001. This is because two of the principal parties, Deputy Corporation
Counsel Joseph Karnelamela, and Public Works Director Dennis Lee, will not be available to
attend the April 18"' meeting, due to previous work commitments.
We felt it imperative Deputy Corporation Counsel Kamelamela and Director Lee be present to
answer any questions the Council may have.
