SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 00-6~, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2000 to
June 30, 2001, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Public Safety Building Complex Cellblock Detention Facility $1,500,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- $1,500,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
