Please replace Bill No. 51 with the enclosed Draft 2 of this same bill. Draft 2
reduces the dollar amount of the original bill from $1,500,000 to $800,000. This
figure is based upon the bid amount of the recent bid opening of the Public
Safety Building Complex Cellblock Detention Facility Construction Project.
