CDFA Grant Funds
This is to transmit Resolution No. 75-01, Draft 2 relating to Community Facility Disaster
Assistance funds, which was the result of an amendment made at the Council's meeting of
May 2, 2001. Specifically, the amendment deleted the seventh WHEREAS clause that stated the
Council would approve the application to obligate the funds. The RESOLVED clause extended
the authority of the mayor to execute the application and other related documents.
