Re: Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one
fiscal year for a copy machine for the Clerical Services Center of the Office of
Management. Presently, they do not have a copy machine and the staff must
leave their office and make copies at other locations. A large majority of the work
done by this office requires that copies be made.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Office of
Management.

Resolution to allow the Clerical Services Center to enter into amulti-year lease for a copy machine.

B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
This office does not have a copy machine, and staff has to constantly leave the office throughout the day
to make copies at other locations. Copies are required for 75% of work done by this office. The lease
cost is included in the 2001-02 budget.
