Operating Budget
This is to transmit Bill 38, Draft 3, relating to the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2001-2001.
Draft 3 contains two amendments made at the Council's meeting of May 16, 2001.
1. Anew SECTION 7 has been added that approves the state and federal grants
appropriated in the bill. It also requires submittal of final reports to the Council.
2. Anew SECTION 8 has been added that requires payments to the animal control
contractor be made only if the contractor submits documentation allowing pig hunters '
and bird hunters to adopt dogs.
