AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-15 (HAMAKUA DISTRICT ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-15), RESORT-HOTEL (V-18 & V-43) AND AGRICULTURAL (A-la) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-40a) AT WAIKOEKOE AND KANAHONUA, HAMAKUA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 4-8-06: 43 AND PORTIONS OF 9 AND 11. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 25-8-15, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, is amended to change the district classification of properties described hereinafter as follows: The district classification of the following area situated at Kanahonua, Hamakua, Hawaii, shall be from Resort-Hotel (V-18) to Agricultural (A-40a): LOT 1: Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of this parcel of land along the Westerly side of L.C.
