As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. The helicopter did not stop and took about 5 minutes to pass through the subdivision. Claimed to be an illegal search of private property. Also stated that on 04-24-01, huge black helicopter passed over the subdivision, slow and low. Further related that it was not over her house, although over the subdivision. She described her residence as being located at the edge of the subdivision.
