Re: Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2001-02

This is to request that the Operating Budget be amended for accommodate the
following increases:
1) Increase of $3,600.00 additional Federal Funds for the Retired Senior
Volunteer Program. The Corporation for National Service will provide the
additional funding, and the budget should be amended as follows:
Increase Revenue account:
3301.14 by $3,600.00 to total: $ 66,659.00
Increase Appropriation account
010-481-5482.02-341 by $3,600.00 to total: $ 20,104.00
2) Increase of $351.00 additional Federal Funds from the U.S. Department of
Labor for the Senior Employment Program.
Increase Revenue account:
3301.20 by $351.00 to total: $279,044.00
Increase Appropriation account:

3) Add Revenue and Appropriation accounts for the Summer Fun program to
provide free meals to participants by receiving reimbursement through
School Food Service Federal Grants.
Add Revenue Source account:
3302.76 Federal Grant --Summer Food Service $40,000.00
Add Apropriation account:
101-500-5509.30-341 Summer Fun Food Service $40,000.00
