Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate the following individual to the County of Hawaii Water Commission
(Water Board).
Cotancil Dastrict 7 _ Sandra Wood Scarr is afour-year resident of Hawaii and will replace
George Haai, whose term expired on December 31, 2000. Ms. Scarr is a member of the Kona
Outdoor Circle and is on the board for the Kona Orchid Society and the CFRG. Ms. Scarr is
currently a coffee farmer. She states that she is a member of the Republican Party and will
serve a term to expire on December 31, 2005.
