days, prescribing requirements with respect to official fidelity bonds, and
repealing Ordinance No. 00-65 and all amendments thereto, said
ordinance to be known as the Salary Ordinance of 2001;

County of Hawai i for the purpose of financing various water system

bonds and providing for their sale to the public; and authorizing the
issuance and sale of a like principal amount of general obligation bond
anticipation notes in anticipation of the issuance and sale of such bonds.
