Pursuant to the requirements of Section 19-90, Article 1 1, Chapter 19 of the Hawaii County
Code, notice is hereby given that the following public hearings will be held by the Council of the
County of Hawaii for the purpose of considering real property tax rates for all classes of real property
in the County of Hawaii for Fiscal Year July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.

TIME(S): 5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m.
PLACE(S): County Building King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel
County Council Room Conference Room 4
Hilo, Hawaii Kona, Hawaii
The County Council will consider the following tax rates for all classes of real property for the
Fiscal Year July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002:

All interested persons are invited to attend and they shall be afforded the opportunity to be
heard. Those desiring to address the County Council should register prior to the convening of the
meeting. Those unable to attend may submit their written comments on the subject to the Hawaii
County Council, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
The meeting place is accessible for persons with physical disabilities. Persons who need
