Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 41, reports as follows:
Bill No. 41, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 64-01 by Director of Finance
William T. Takaba, via Communication No. 151, dated March 6, 2001, amends Ordinance
No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as
follows:

The grant funds from the U.S. Department of Justice will be used by the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to purchase training services for the establishment of community based
organizations that will identify justice related issues and problems of the community.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 41 and
recommends it pass first reading.
