Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 42, reports as follows:
Bill No. 42, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 43 by Director of Finance William T. Takaba, via
Communication No. 152, dated March 6, 2001, amends Ordinance No. 00-63, as amended, the
Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as follows:

3609.10 Fund Bal From Prev Year Park Dedication $56,204.65
To:
290-801-5801.42 Trans to Cap Proj - PK Ded Park Dedication $56,204.65
The aforementioned funds will be used to purchase supplemental planning and design services
for the Waimea Trails and Greenways project.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 42 and
recommends it pass first reading.
