No. 57-01 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:10 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 57-01, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 57-01, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 34 by Director of Finance <br /> William T. Takaba, via Communication No. 129, dated February 22, 2001, authorizes the <br /> County of Hawaii to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawaii for enforcing underage <br /> drinking laws. <br /> The Department of Human Services, Office of Youth Services, State of Hawaii has authorized <br /> funding for enforcing underage drinking laws and the hiring of a coordinator for programs, <br /> <br /> which shall be under the supervision of the Department of Liquor control.
