The building (KRC property) has roof overhangs over the driveway leading <br /> to the parking lot, while portions of the sidewalk and retaining wall are encroaching onto KRC <br /> property. The mutual grants of easements will resolve encroachment and title problems. <br /> Upon acceptance of the above agreement, please send notification of such acceptance <br /> to: (1) KRC, INC., c/o Colin L. Love, Esq., P. O. Box 2072, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96745; <br /> (2) William Takaba, Director of Finance, County of Hawaii; (3) Dennis K.W.
