The Naztawale Gonucnurrity Assn Inc fully supports the Ordinance Amending Chapter 24,
of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 l dition), Relating to Vehicles and Traffic
(Nanawale Estates Subdivision (County ®wrted and Private Streets) -Proposed TrafFic
Regulatiozts. The Nanawale Community Assts Inc represents over 50 % of the owners
residang iun the Nanativale Instates Subdivision.
The Nanawale Co~nununity ,Assn Inc supports the ordinance so that police department cart
enforce eraJt~c regulations within the private roads and the Coumy highways that are not
presently included in the traflEic code.
