COUNTY OF HAW~I`I STATE OF HAWAII <br /> I~~OLUTION NO. 90 <br /> RESOLUTION e4l1THORIZING T~fE ~lCCEP'Ti4NC~ OF ~4 CON~aTION OF X50 FOR <br /> <br /> THE ~ANA`EWA F~4INFOREST ZOO <br /> WHEREAS, the Kamehameha Schools' Hamakua preschool facility in Pa`auilo has donated <br /> $50 to be used for programs at the Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the <br /> Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property; and <br /> WFIEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation recommends the acceptance of this <br /> donation. <br /> NOW, fiHEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED ~Y THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter, the Council of the <br /> County of Hawaii accepts the $50. <br /> EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a letter of appreciation be sent to Ms. Rosanna <br /> Matsuyama, Kamehameha Schools, P.O.
