the above quitclaim deed, along with a resolution accepting the deed.

acceptance to: (1) Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, c/o Jeffrey Melrose, P.O.
Box 495, Paauilo, Hawaii 96776 (2) William Takaba, Director of Finance, County of Hawaii;
and (3) Gerald Takase, Deputy Corporation Counsel, who will record the said deed with the
Bureau of Conveyances.
