Takaba, via <br /> <br /> Communication No. 214, dated May 1, 2001, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal <br /> <br /> year and of more than one fiscal year for amulti-year lease for a copy machine. <br /> <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation, Elderly Activities Division wishes to enter into athree- <br /> <br /> year lease contract for a copy machine.
