Re: RESOLUTION 90-01, Draft 2
Please replace Resolution 90-01 with the enclosed Draft 2 of this same
resolution. Draft 2 increases the donation from $50 to $90 made to the
Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo by the Kamehameha Schools' Hamakua preschool
facility in Pa`auilo.

To accept a donation of $40 for the Panaewa Zoo
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
A Request for Council Action was previously submitted to accept a donation of
$50 for Panaewa Zoo from the Kamehameha Schools Hamakua preschool
facility in Pa'auilo. We just received another donation from this group in the
amount of $40. Thus, we would like to amend the amount of the donation to
$90.
