COUNTY OF I~AWAI~I ~'T~TE OF ~AWAI`I <br /> SILL NO. ~ 5 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AAOIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-33 OF THE COUNTY OIF <br /> HAWAII, ADOIPTED ON NIARCH 9, 2001, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION FONDS. <br /> IBE IT ORDAINED 8Y THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OI° HAWAI`I: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 14 of Ordinance No. 01-33 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> "SECTION 14. Authorization of Proceeds for Public Improvements. The <br /> proceeds from the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds of the County <br /> of Hawaii in the principal amount of $7,000,000 shall be used to pay all or a part <br /> of the costs of appropriations for public improvement projects to be financed from <br /> general obligation bond funds made in Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, <br /> Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, [and] Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, and <br /> Ordinance 01-56, as amended, for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1999, June <br /> 30, 2000, [and] June 20, 2001, and June 30, 2002, respectively." <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. <br /> In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material, and underscoring need not <br /> <br /> be included. <br /> SECTION 3.
