From Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, dated May 2,
2001, transmitting the above resolution.
The attached dedication deed has been reviewed and recommended
to be accepted by the Department of Public Works, Department of
Water Supply and the Planning Department. All subdivision
improvements have been completed.
