Resolution 71, were denied the opportunity to voiC® their
opinions. Some people who registered to speak had to wait up to
ten hours before they were scheduled to testify. Work and family
Commitments made it impossible for many people to wait that long.
It is the right of all citizens to have an equal opportunity to
speak at public finance committee meetings. ?herefore, we demand
another public h®aring with the finsnc® committee.
