COMMISSION -JAY E. HANSON, K. ANGEL PILAGO AND
ROBIN HURLBUT
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated May 22, 2001, submitting for confirmation
the following appointments to the Kailua Village Design Commission:
Council District 7 -Jay E. Hanson, a 13-year resident of Hawaii, who is
currently employed as a programmer for Computer Vectors. He is not
affiliated with any political party and will serve a term to expire on
December 31, 2003 .
Council District 8 - K. Angel Pilago, a 55-year resident of Hawaii, who
is currently an employment counselor with the State of Hawaii,
Department of Labor. He is not affiliated with any political party and will
serve a term to expire on December 31, 2003. (cont'd on next page)

Council District 8 -Robin Hurlbut, an 1 l -year resident of Hawaii, who
is currently employed by Panache Destination Management as a tour
director and is also a landscaper with her own firm, Robin's Nest
Landscape Maintenance. Ms. Hurlbut belongs to the Republican Party
and will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2003.
These three individuals will be replacing Kimi Cook-McKie,
James Dumaguin and Robert Vander Veer, whose terms expired on
December 31, 2000.

Comm. 92.1: From Rene Siracusa and others, dated March 16, 2001, expressing
their concerns regarding Resolution 36-01. Also, requests a Town
meeting on the matter and that the Council delay the implementation
from passage to official change for six months to allow everyone
affected by the change of the street name to make the necessary
changes.
