Takaba, Director of Finance, dated February 15, 2001, transmitting applications from qualifying organizations and a list showing amounts requested for review and appropriation of funds for FY 2001-02. Takaba, dated February 27, 2001, informing her that their nonprofit grant application for County funds was ruled ineligible due to its late submittal on February 1, 2001 (deadline was on or before January 315`) Comm. 122.47: From Human Services & Economic Development Committee Chair Nancy Pisicchio, dated February 27, 2001, summarizing the grant review process undertaken by the Human Services Nonprofit Grants Review Committee in relation to appropriation of funds to qualifying nonprofit organizations. HS&EDC-4 Page 3 March 19, 2001 Comm. 136: A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN (Res. 60-01) APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) (Appropriation of Funds [$20,833.34] to the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii to Administer the SMART MOVES Program) From Director of Finance William T. Takaba, dated February 20, 2001, transmitting the above resolution. (Note: The application for Nonprofit Grant Funds and Attachments, which was submitted together with Comm. 136, has been numbered 136.1 and is on file at the County Clerk's Office.) The Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii was the lone applicant to administer the SMART MOVES Program. Comm. 136.2: From Human Services & Economic Development Committee Chair Nancy Pisicchio, dated February 28, 2001, submitting background information regarding Resolution 60-01 to transfer/appropriate $20,833.34 from the FY 2000-01 designated fund account of the Boys and Girls Club of Hilo to the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii. Also, a presentation will be made from the new staff of the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii regarding their application to administer the SMART MOVES program with the remaining funds from the current fiscal year.
