MAYOR'S COMMITTEE ON PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated April 12, 2001, informing of the
above-mentioned reappointments and appointment to the Mayor's
Committee on People with Disabilities.

Informs Mr. Gleason, a 12-year resident of Hawaii, is currently
the Executive Director of the ARC of Hilo, and has served with the
Department of Education as a special education teacher. He is not
affiliated with any political party. These appointments will be co-
terminus with the Mayor's term of office ending on December 6,
2004.
(Note: These appointments do not need Council confirmation)

Environmental Management Committee, Planning Committee, and Human Services &
Economic Development Committee meetings can be seen on Thursday, May 10 and 17,
at 8:30 a.m. All the above meetings will be aired on Sunday, May 20 at 9 a.m.
