Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 60, Draft 3 which includes the
following amendment as discussed at the July b, 2001 Council meeting:
Condition C. Inserts the word "as"; deletes "a use permit is issued for each such
use."; and inserts "by the underlying zoning." at the end of the sentence.
