This is to transmit Resolution No. 93-01, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment made at
the Council's meeting on July 6, 2001. Specifically, the amendment changed the signatory
shown on page 3 of the Grant of Easement document from Jiro Sumada to Dennis Lee, Director
of Public Works.
