Takaba, via <br /> Communication No. 240, dated May 29, 2001, authorizes the acceptance of a donation from the <br /> Hawaii Lifeguard Association. <br /> The Hawaii Lifeguard Association has graciously donated sixteen rescue tubes and seven <br /> <br /> training rescue boards to the Department of Parks & Recreation, Aquatics Division for use in <br /> <br /> their Junior Lifeguard Training Programs in Puna, Hilo, South Kohala, and Kona.
