Re: Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year
for a copy machine for the Department of Parks and Recreation's Administration Office.
The copy machine currently being used is 7 years old and is in need of constant repairs.

Recreation.

A. REQUEST:
To be able to enter into a 5 year lease agreement with Xerox for a copier for the
Parks and Recreation Administration Office.
B. BACKGROUND AND NSTIFICATION LUSE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED:
The current copier is 7 years old and is in need of constant repairs. The
repairman comes several times a month to fix the copier. The multiple
document feeder and two side copy function often does not function properly.
Paper constantly gets jammed. Entering into a new lease agreement will
improve the productivity and efficiency of the office staff.
