WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii County Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of June 1, 2001, approved the name for the certain unnamed roadway within the new Konawaena Elementary School site, Onouli 1st, South Kona, Hawaii; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows: Onouli Road - after the ahupuaa in which the school is located Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this day of , 2001.
