Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 73, Draft 3 which includes the
following amendments as discussed at today's Planning Committee meeting:
1. Inserts the standard fair share language in Condition I.
2. Inserts the standard language to prohibit the construction of a second dwelling on
the proposed lots as Condition J.
3. Inserts language to state that the wastewater will be disposed of into a septic tank
as Condition K.
4. Renumbers the remaining conditions.
