Attached for your consideration is proposed Bill No. 67, Draft 4, which restores the language
originally inserted in Condition D of Draft 2 and deleted in Draft 3, regarding the 45 foot height
limitation. Because the height issue has not been resolved, Draft 4 has been submitted and
agendized to provide the Council the opportunity to consider both Drafts 3 and 4 at the August
15, 2001 Council meeting, without necessitating another holdover of the measure for any
possible floor amendments.
Both drafts are equally acceptable to the applicant, who is anxious to have an expeditious
disposition of this measure.
