RE: Bill No. 244, Draft 4
This is to transmit Bill No. 244, Draft 4, which was the result of amendments made at the
Finance Committee meeting of August 1, 2001. The amendments included:
1. Changing section 19-75 (a) (2) to read "...better ear is [eighty] nine -two
decibels, [A.S.A.,] or such other level as maybe updated by A.N.S.L, or worse, as
certified under this section."
2. Also, changing section 19-75 (c) to include the word "licensed" before
audiologist.
