Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 74, reports as follows:
Bill No. 74, transmitted by Director of Finance William T. Takaba, via Communication No. 256,
dated June 18, 2001, amends Ordinance No. O 1-56, as amended, the Capital Budget ending
June 30, 2002, by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Inoino Gulch Bridge Replacement -Federal 110-399-5393.45 $300,000
Funds for this project shall be provided from federal grants receivable.
Funds will be used to replace an existing wooden bridge that is structurally and functionally
deficient with a new concrete bridge that would meet current standards.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 74 and
recommends it pass first reading.
