Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 75, reports as follows:
Bill No. 75, transmitted by Director of Finance William T. Takaba, via Communication
No. 116.1, dated June 22, 2001, amends Ordinance No. O 1-33, relating to the issuance of general
obligation bonds.
This measure amends a previous bond ordinance to allow the proceeds to fund capital projects
included in Ordinance No. 01-56, the Capital Budget ending June 30, 2002.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 75 and
recommends it pass first reading.
