Accepting donation of Road Parcel A-3 and 10-foot wide future road widening
setback/easement
This is to transmit Resolution No. 97-01, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment made at the
Council meeting on July 31, 2001. Specifically, the amendment clarified the reference to the 10-foot wide
easement as a future road widening setback throughout the resolution.
