Ordinance No. OI-55, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing <br /> <br /> revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br /> <br /> Account No. Source Fund Amount <br /> 3302.55 Federal Grants -Workforce Workforce Investment $3,597,429.00 <br /> Investment Act 2001 Act Fund <br /> Total $3,597,429.00 <br /> SECTION 2. The federal/state grant revenues set forth in Section 1 are hereby <br /> appropriated in the amount(s) and to the program(s) identified herein; provided that disbursement <br /> is conditioned on (1) receipt of a notification of grant award from the grantor, or receipt of <br /> notification from the grantor that the grant award will be forthcoming and that the County is <br /> authorized to incur costs pursuant to such grant award; and (2) written notice to the Council <br /> including a copy of the notification from the grantor. <br /> <br />
