Re: Capital Eudget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance appropriating $410,000 for the Puainako Street
Extension project due to revised Federal cost estimates for the right-of-way. fihe actual
negotiated land amounts are higher than originally anticipated. fihe total Federal
appropriated funds will be increased from $23,000,000 to $23,410,000.

A. REQUEST:
(1) Amendment to Ordinance No. 00-64 to revise the cost for the
PUAINAKO STREET EXTENSION project. This request is to cover the
Federal funded portion, which will be reimbursed. Appropriate an
additional $410,000 which will increase right-of-way funds from
$1,000,000.00 to $1,410,000.00; (Account No. 110-399-5391.25-115).
The total Federal appropriated funds will be increased from
$23,000,000.00 to $23,410,000.00.

This is a Federal funded project. Actual negotiated land amounts
