AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-56, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2001 TO JUNE 30, 2002.
BE IT ORDAINED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-56, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Puainako Street Extension -Federal $410,000
(110-399-5391.55)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $410,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
