concerning King I~.a~nehameha Park being used as a rnajor access road to a proposed cotnrnercial
establaskiment.
There are a Iot of people in tie con~aunity concer~.ed about our only paxk being used as a ~.ajor
thoroughfare to get to a privatelcoercial wellness center.
We ask for your support i~a speaking out against King Kameh~neha Park becoming
co~rnercialized,

have to be reopeaaed for a 24 hour period A 24 hour open park road would facilitate increased drotg dealing, alcohol

~erc is also concern, that Chaloxa Inteioa~l, Inc_ dvho has applied for permits for consolidateonla+esubdivision of
land parcels along its privately held "Pratt l~.oad," which rune in an easterly and westerly direction at the northernmost

latadowners buying properties izr its developments alot~ Pratt Road since the I~avvaiian Pertnaculture and Welh~ess

We are not fundamentally opposes to the overall concept of the Flae~valian Fcssnacraltua~ aaid Wellness lZets+eat Center.
Iifowev+er, we feel King ICaataehameha Park should not have been included as aa3 optioax for access to than enterprise.
