Resolution 12-01, Draft 2
Enclosed please find Resolution 12-O1, Draft 2, which is the corrected resolution and
dedication deed with the correct description. For the Council's clarification, the dedication deed
in the original resolution did contain the correct description. However, to avoid further
confusion, the 2-5-99 description which is correct shall be used. The Department of Water
Supply shall submit its letter of approval separately.
