Director, requesting the deletion of Condition B
(submission of subdivision plans). States, failure to
comply with the condition will result in
non-performance and the subsequent initiation of
procedures to rezone the property to its original or
more appropriate designation.

a memorandum from the Department of Water Supply dated
February 27, 1990, informing them that the required
water commitment deposit of $50,400 has been received
by their office and a water commitment for an
additional 336 units in the amount of 201,600 gallons
per day has been granted for the proposed development.
Therefore, states the effective date of Ordinance
No. 89-110 shall be February 27, 1990.
Further, states that the Final Plan Approval for
Phase I of their development shall be secured on or
before February 27, 1991, pursuant to Condition C of
the ordinance and informs Condition H also requires
that a traffic impact study be submitted at the time of
Plan Approval review.
