No. 92-O1) <br /> TIME: 9:08 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Communication No. 243 and <br /> attached Resolution No. 92-O1, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 243 is from Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase transmitting for Council's review and <br /> consideration Resolution No. 92-0 l authorizing the conveyance and acceptance of grants of easements between KRC <br /> Building, Inc. and the County of Hawaii for a parcel located at Honuaino 151' North Kona, Hawaii and identified as being <br /> portions of Tax Map Key (3) 7-9-009:21 and OS 1. <br /> At the last Committee meeting held on July 5, 2001, Mr. Takase introduced a redrafted version of Resolution No. 92-O1. <br /> This new version requested the authorization to grant and accept a license, instead of an easement, for this parcel. This <br /> <br /> change from an easement to a license warranted that a new number be assigned to the redrafted version. The redrafted <br /> version was numbered as Resolution No. 102-O1. <br /> Because of the introduction and recommended adoption of Resolution No. 102-01, it is no longer necessary to consider <br /> Resolution No. 92-01.
