(Bill 87) HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING
TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC (Replaces the Yield Sign with a
Stop Sign on Kihalani Homestead Road at the Old Government
Road Intersection)

Comm. 39.1: From Galen M. Kuba, Engineering Division Chief, Department of
Public Works, dated March 9, 2001, responding to questions and
concerns raised on Communication 39 (Res. 12-01) at the
January 9, 2001, PW&IR Committee meeting.
Comm. 39.2: From Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, dated August
(Res.12-O1) 14, 2001, transmitting Draft 2 of Resolution 12-01 and the
(Draft 2) dedication deed with the correct description. Informs the
dedication deed in the original resolution did contain the correct
description; however, to avoid further confusion, the 2-5-99
description, which is correct, shall be used. The Department of
Water Supply shall submit its letter of approval separately.
