We have reviewed the subject Dedication Deed and recommend that it be accepted by the Council.
The metes and bounds description on Exhibit A was checked and found to be in order. The water
system improvements were constructed and inspected and found to comply to our standards and are in
compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code as applicable.
The water system improvements were dedicated and accepted by the Water Commission of the County
of Hawaii by a Bill of Sale Document dated March 5, 1999, and recorded at the Bureau of
Conveyances, State of Hawaii, as Document No. 99-042492.
