COMMISSION
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated July 18, 2001, submitting for
confirmation the following appointments to the Transportation
Commission:
Beverly Namakakehaea Chrisman, a lifelong resident of Hawaii,
currently employed as an Employment Service Specialist with the
State Workforce Development Division. She is not affiliated with
any political party and will serve a term ending December 31,
2005.

Gretchen S. Lawson, a 17 year resident of Hawaii, currently serving as
the Executive Director for the Kona Association for Retarded Citizens.
She is not affiliated with any political party and will serve a term ending
December 31, 2003.
Peter S. I-Itoffman, a four year resident of Hawaii, is a retired army
colonel and has also served as Chief of Mission Support for the
Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. He is not
affiliated with any political party and will serve a term ending
December 31, 2001.

NORTH KONA, HAWAII, BEING PORTIONS OF TAX MAP
KEY (3)7-9-009:021 AND 051, BETWEEN KRC BUILDING,
INC. AND THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
From Gerald Takase, Assistant Corporation Counsel, dated
July 20, 2001, transmitting the above resolution and attached
Encroachment Agreement and License. Resolution 102-01 is a
redrafted version of Resolution 92-01 which changes it from
acceptance of an easement to a license.
