Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 89, Draft 2, which includes the
following amendments:
1. Condition C. Amends the access to a joint driveway on Puainako Street to
comply with the recommendations of Public Works and the State DOT.
2. Condition E. Amendments to standardize the language used.
3. Condition F. Inserts the fair share contribution.
4. Condition H. Inserts item #5 which was not included in the original draft.
5. Renumbers the remaining conditions.
