Councilwoman Pisicchio:
I have spoken to Karen Harita and we would like to request that our 28 August
presentation on introduced tree frogs to the Hawaii County Council, Human Services ~
Economic Development Committee be postponed. The Hawaii Department of
Agriculture and other County, State, and Federal agencies are currently planning an
organized response to the introduced tree frog issue and this presentation will be able to
more accurately incorporate planned efforts by other County, State, and Federal agencies
if it is postponed until a later date. I would request that this presentation be rescheduled
until 26 September.
